Shipping and delivery

Made to order. Every item is printed for you after you order, by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. Larger orders and busy periods can take longer.

Shipping times. Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. All times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Delays. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and holiday volume are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund. If a package has not moved for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will help you open a carrier claim.

Your shipping address. Please check your address carefully at checkout. We ship to the address you provide. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier marks a package delivered, we cannot refund or replace it. Claims for packages lost in transit must be made with the carrier.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and want something from the shop, contact us through the shop’s contact page and we will see what we can do.
