By placing an order with Extra Credit Apparel you agree to these terms.

All sales are final. Our items are printed to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or size swaps. See our refund policy for the narrow exception covering items that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including if an item cannot be produced, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Product appearance. Product photos are mockups. Slight differences in print placement, colour, and garment measurements are normal and are not defects.

Our designs. All artwork, photography, and text in this shop belong to Extra Credit Apparel or are used with permission. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them.

Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and the United States.
